Shipping policy

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number and all necessary details. It will be shipped via Eco Express. All our products ship from Dubai to the destination of your choice around the globe. 

How long will my order take to be delivered? 

• If you are in the UAE, your order will be delivered to you within 1 – 3 business days (depending on the emirate) 

• If you are outside the UAE, your order will be delivered to you within 7 – 10  business days (depending on your location) 

Do I have to pay for shipping? 

 

• Shipping within the UAE is free of charge, if you spend 500 AED and above

• Shipping outside the UAE:

• International shipping charges will be applied depending on your location and the weight of the product

• Custom duties and any other charges will also be covered by the customer, Serah is not liable of additional costs related to customs that may occur

Cash on Delivery

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash for delivery. All our payments are processed through our online payment gateway.
