Refund policy

How do I return a product?

• Kindly email returns@shopserah.com  if you would like to file for a return, along with the reason for your return

• Once the return request is approved, you will receive an email with the confirmation and pick up details 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days after delivery

• They must be in original condition

• For clothing, unwashed and unworn

• In the original packaging

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, depending on your bank or credit card, the number of days required might differ to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@shopserah.com.

Return Policy: 

For UAE Orders:

Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us.

For International Orders (including GCC): 

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of first receiving the parcel.

For returns outside the UAE, international return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to returns@shopserah.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges.

Exchange Policy

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
